Privacy Policy
This site is run by Matt Mason. It collects very little, sells nothing, and tracks nobody. Below is everything, in plain language.
What gets collected
Only what you type into a form here. On the contact form it is your name, email address and message. On the application form it is your name, role, company, website, email address, phone number, your company’s revenue range, and whatever you write about your business.
Three things are recorded automatically with each submission: the date and time, the country your request came from, and the name of your browser. Your IP address is not stored with it.
Nothing is collected when you simply read the site.
What it’s used for
Reading and replying to your message or application, and, if you applied, the occasional email from Matt. If you gave a phone number on an application, Matt may call or text you personally about it — there is no automated dialling, no recorded messages, and no marketing texts.
What is never done with it
Your information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone for their own marketing. There are no advertising networks, no data brokers, and no affiliate partners receiving your details. This is not a promise to review later — it is how the business is run.
Who else sees it
Four companies handle this information so the site can work, and each is contractually limited to acting on Matt’s instructions: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions, Resend sends the emails and holds subscriber addresses, and Google and Telegram carry the alert that tells Matt a form has come in. Nobody else has access.
How long it’s kept
Form submissions are kept indefinitely, and email subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. If you would rather none of that applied to you, say so and it will be deleted — see the next section.
Your choices
Every email to the list has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. You can also get in touch to ask for a copy of what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted outright. Matt will do it, and he will not ask you why. Nevada residents may use that same route to submit a request that their information not be sold; it is not sold in any event.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies of its own, and there are no third-party scripts, pixels, embedded fonts or share buttons on any page. Cloudflare’s security system may set a short-lived cookie to tell a person from a bot; it is needed to keep the site up and cannot identify you across other websites.
Because nothing here follows you anywhere, there is nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” signal to switch off, and no third party is permitted to track visitors across other sites from this one.
Children
This site is meant for adults in business. It is not directed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13. If any turns up, it gets deleted.
Visitors outside the United States
The site is run from the United States and its service providers are American companies, so anything you send is handled there. If that is not acceptable to you, please don’t use the forms — and if you have already, ask and your information will be deleted.
If this page changes
The date at the top says when it last did. Anything material — a change to what is collected, who sees it, or what it is used for — is written on this page when it happens, and anyone on the email list hears about it in the next email.
Contact
Every question about privacy, and every request to see or delete your information, goes through the contact page. Matt reads them himself.
